SECTIONAL OPERATORS
Link Controls offer a comprehensive range of sectional door operators and a complimentary range of controls.
The sectional door has become more popular in recent years with its improved level of insulation and faster operating speed.
The STA and TVR ranges of operators mount directly to the spring shaft of the door.
All operators have a manual override facility to open and close the door in the event of a mains power failure, this can be achieved by a disengage clutch, floor level or high level hand chain systems. For Fire stations and Ambulance stations where speed of opening is critical under all circumstances the VRFCU operators can provide rapid emergency manual hand chain.
The KV1 ‘Speed Sensing’ system provides increased mechanical protection for all types of applications but is particular useful in loading bay applications where interlocking with levellers, shoot bolts and cables jumping off can be avoided using this system.

For process or cold store application it is common to use a fast action service door and an external security door.
The Fastrack system provides a fast action insulated door where previously two doors were required.

Our range offers door operators with powers from 0.37Kw to 0.75kw as standard, and we can assemble door operators to larger powers or specific requirements where necessary. All operators have are provided with the following standard features.
