RAPID ROLL OPERATORS
Link controls have many years of experience of rapid action door operators and controls. Rapid action doors are by definition doors which move at speeds greater than 0.5m/sec.

Although traditionally a of PVC construction, today they can be in many different formats. Rapid action doors have been used traditionally where environmental control is essential (i.e. in process plant application where temperatures must be maintained).

The TEMEC operators have been used for over thirty years. The availability of a number of gear ratios ensures that the ideal operator speed can be selected, without the use of special motors.

For many applications a direct drive unit is preferred and for unsprung doors an integral safety gear, the TVRA range of products offers both of these features.

The door operator forms only part of the package and this is complimented by the VST inverter control panel. The VST control panel provides smooth speed control of the door by varying frequency of the power supply.

The door operator control functions can be customised to give alternative functions providing solutions custom-built panels were previously required.
